RETURN AND REFUND POLICY (B2C – CONSUMERS)

  1. RETURN PERIOD
    You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving the goods.
  2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
    Only items that are in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging are eligible for return. Proof of purchase is required.
  3. RETURN PROCESS
    Please contact us at info@thebaseballshop.co. Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.

  1. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
    Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Report damaged or incorrectly delivered items to us immediately.
  2. ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM EXCHANGE
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Hygiene items: Sliding Shorts, Jock Shorts, Girdles
  • Hazardous or flammable products
  • Sale items or gift vouchers

According to § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for personalized products.
Minor deviations in embroidery/print (e.g., up to 2 mm offset or color variations) are not considered a defect.

  1. EXCHANGES
    Please return the unwanted item and place a separate order for the new item.
  2. 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU)
    Under EU law, you also have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Conditions correspond to those in Section 2.
  3. RETURN COSTS
    The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. Free returns are not offered.
  4. REFUNDS
    After checking the returned item, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days.
